"Tried buying a GTX 980 Ti AMP! Extreme from SabrePC on 6/28/2015. It was taking a while to confirm the payment and shipping, and I needed it to be delivered for a specific date range, since I'm not from US and would be staying in a Disney Hotel for 10 days.
Three days after the purchase - 07/01 - I messaged them for an estimated ETA on the shipping. They told me their shipment from ZOTAC had just arrived, and they would ship it ASAP for me.
Curiously, the order in my card was still labeled as "processing". Sent SabrePC sales team an e-mail, which was promptly answered telling me they tried tried capturing my payment but the transaction was rejected, and asked me to contact my credit card company in order to accept the transaction.
And so I did. American Express told me everything was ok on their part, and Sabre PC just needed to send them the code they received from the card operator to confirm the purchase. I sent another e-mail to SabrePC communicating this, but got no answer from them since then - 2 days ago already.
The transaction will be automatically canceled tomorrow - 7 days after the purchase without confirmation from the store, and I'll have problems finding another Graphics Card to be delivered within the time I'll be on US. There are some now, but I can't order them right now because I have no more credit thanks to the lack of confirmation and communication from SabrePC. Even sent them another e-mail to cancel my purchase so I could get my credit back, but got no answer.
I'm pretty frustrated. Bought a bunch of stuff from Amazon one day later and everything was delivered fast with no problems using exactly the same card. "

"Ordered a new graphics card and then the shipping got delayed a week due to an error on the manufacturer's part (not SabrePC's fault) and I had to cancel. I called their customer support and talked to a real person right away who helped me cancel. I had to call back to get the charge on my credit card refunded, but the call took only a few minutes and the person on the other end was very helpful. I hope I will get the opportunity to buy from SabrePC again in the future."
