"I’m building a gaming rig and of course need a chassis to house everything in. I like the Fractal Design options on SabrePC and many were in stock. Prices were good and some had free shipping. I ended up going with a Focus G mid-tower. Email communication was good: 1st for order confirmation, 2nd for shipment confirmation and 3rd for delivery confirmation. They ship from CA, which is where I’m at so I got my order in 3 days from when I placed my order. Item arrived undamaged so all is good. Time to get my gaming on. Woot woot."
"I have over the last few years ordered quite a few hard drives and have standardized on Seagate Exos drives. Main reason is good experiences but more important 5 years of warranty. And drives do degrade over time. Now I always had services directly with Seagate so I was a bit reluctant to order from a Company that site between the OEM and me. So we had run a test at one point and found out that that SabrePC returned a replacement in less than half the time of Seagate and that gave me the confidence to order a dozen or so 16TB drives. So last week I started having issue with one of the drives (not a full failure) and returned it and after some direct interaction they shipped me a replacement. Being able to directly interact with customer support without feeling it goes into into a big backbox is a major advantage. So overall happy with the choice we made."
"ordered a nvme on prime day for a good price, once prime day was over and the price rose back up to normal, i was contacted by the seller to manually cancel my order so I would not be able to leave them a review because they ironically don't have it in stock. they could have contacted me immediately, but instead waited until sale was over and the price had risen back to original price. i Have reported there deceptive practices to amazon and that they tried to get my to cancel my order which is strictly against amazon policy.
business is a cheat and very deceptive, if you value your hard earned money, spend it somewhere that wants and vaules your business, not somewhere that's trying to cheat you like this business is."
"AVOID SabrePC at all costs! I ordered an NVME SSD via Amazon Prime from this reseller. They mistakenly allowed too many orders to be placed and then asked me to cancel the order which is against Amazon policy. I contacted them and asked if they had a substitute or if they could help and they flatly refused my request even though I was willing to accept another inferior product that they confirmed was in stock. Other reviews show open box products being sold as new and broken products being shipped out knowingly to buyers. "
"I was a little sketched to order because of the negative reviews, but after reading most of them it was order delays and orders being cancelled due to stock issues. They are listed on Zotac's site as and authorized reseller, so I decided to take a chance and order. They called me shortly after ordering to confirm my order, address and last 4 of card. A few hours later the order was shipped via FedEx, and I had a tracking number in my email inbox. I did FedEx 2 day and the card showed up next day from California to Florida. A legit 3080 showed up at my doorstep, and I couldn't be happier. The whole process was extremely simple and quick. "

"Ordered graphics card from them through Amazon because they showed available quantities in stock. Waited weeks and received partial shipment. Waited more weeks and still no delivery date for remaining back order. Amazon won't cancel because vendor has order **** as in shipping process, although not promise date for shipment yet. Meanwhile Amazon has $1,000 of my money that I can't get back from them and an order I can't seem cancel. You don't want to buy anything from these guys."

Even though I had to spend hundreds of dollars to buy a water system because the replacement gpu didn't have fans. Not to mention the amount of time I had to wait to get the replacement, or the fact that i had to cover shipping. I guess none of that matters because they already have my money"
