"I normally give a great review to safe harbor, with excellent food, good portion sizes, friendly staff, but this is the second time someone has showed up with a dog. I like animals, I do,but my parents always put up the family pet at meal times. Safe harbor if you insist on letting people bring animals to your restaurant maybe take in consideration of people like me that don't like animals around me as I'm eating. Perhaps a separate area for people with pets. Oh, part of why this bothers me. 2 servers petted the dog a young blonde girl and a guy with a go-tee. I was glad I had gotten my meal because I would wonder,"did they wash their hands"? "

"customer service doesn't exist AFTER the payment is successfully processed. i did receive communication from the folks regarding a payment issue. after the payment issue was resolved, i'm unable to reach their customer service number. any time of the day, the recorded message will indicate its outside of business hours. wondering if they are still in business.
