"Needed safety shoes for my daughter urgently and found the pair she wanted on SafetyGirl... The site said they'd ship in "2-3 days..". I also chose 3-day shipping because the site said i would receive the shoes 1 week from my order date. I happened to go online to check t order status later that day and it just said "Back Ordered"... No notification, No email - Nothing... if I hadn't checked on my own, I would have had no idea.
When I called customer service - I was told the shoes wouldn't even SHIP for over 10 days... I mentioned what the website said, and was told: "Oh yeah - when it says 2-3 days - that means it's coming from the manufacturer"... So - when this website tells you something's coming on a certain date, it means absolutely nothing. They offered to switch my order to some other item or refund me (neither of which helped me in any way) - and it was very clear to me from the conversation that this happens REGULARLY.
At best this is very poor customer service and at worst is basically a bait & switch to get the customer to place their order under false pretenses and promises. Absolutely do not recommend. "

"I am normally a size 9-9.5, sometimes 10 so I ordered a 10 to be safe so my feet would be comfortable while working, but unfortunately the sizes run kind of small. I will need to return and order a size 10.5. I also noticed the printing "Safety Girl" on the side of the boots was very faded and cut off at some points on the words which is another reason I will be returning. The picture of the product has a nice dark label on the side of the boots which is how they should always be sent out considering it's the name of the company! "
