"I placed and order on their website and the total was over $50. On the website it has a display ad that says "All orders over $50 have free shipping". I placed the order, which I was very excited about, but was charged shipping on the order. I contacted the online chat and they said that the hard hat I order was not included in the free shipping. No where was I warned of this before I placed the order-it just showed up on the charge. Unless you click on the display ad that says "free shipping for all orders over $50", you would not know that hard hats are not included-nothing is noted when I ordered or on the front page display where it says "free shipping on the orders over $50". I feel like I've been mislead. Disappointed. "

"They sent me the wrong size shoes (2 pair in one order) and because I noticed the discrepancy over 30 days after the purchase (I didn't have to use the safety boots right away), they would not rectify their mistake or issue even partial credit. Not cool and I will not recommend or purchase from this site again. If they didn't have my size at the time, why not call or email me to notify me of a delay? Why would they think my size 7.5 feet would fit into a 8.5 shoe? Ridiculous and unacceptable. "
