"I had ordered the Genmitsu 4030 V2 Pro a couple of months ago and recently it stopped working due to a motor failure. It took about 2 back and forth emails to customer support to troubleshoot the problem and be told that I'm still within warranty which was great since I was expecting to pay a bit of money for a new motor. They sent it off ASAP and although the international shipping does take a bit I had it on my machine in 2 weeks and everything works perfectly now!"
"One of the bolts broke inside a bracket while trying to remove an assembly.
A new assembly, complete with parts I could reuse from the old assembly, was sent to me promptly.

"I started a few years ago with the 3018 ProVer 2, after multiple projects and spoil boards it was time to upgrade. Bought the 4040 Pro. There were some initial issues with it, but eventually Sainsmart support guided me through a resolution. I added an upgraded 710W router, which is really a game changer, additionally I look forward to the InMaticBox relay for that both the router and a vaccum can be controlled by the software. Sainsmart has kept in touch throughout the process to ensure my needs were met.
They keep coming out with affordable solutions with good quality."
"I bought a 4040 pro as my first hobby machine and to possibly make a small business on the side. I had some trouble with my machine in the beginning, however when I contacted sainsmart, they were quick to help , fixed the problem and compensated me for my troubles. I have now bought a couple upgrades for my machine including there 710w spindle and some dust baffles couldnt be more happy with the products. "I bought a PROVerXL 4030 V2 Desktop CNC Router from Sinasmart recently and, after some time, one of the motors stopped working. This was a Saturday and I got a few tips from a support group to help diagnose the issue. On Sunday, I sent Sainsmart an email with the conclusions, they answered on Monday asking for a video of the motor and sent a new motor on Tuesday. Couldnºt ask for much more than this! Thanks."
"I chose the Genmitsu 3020-PRO MAX V2 CNC Router because it was better built than similar units (solid prismatic rails instead of just round rods, sturdy motor). Workmanship is very good. I had a small problem with the controller and got amazing customer support. They immediately shipped me a new controller and even followed up to see if it solved my problem (which it did). I haven't seen this level of customer support for a long time. "
