"This is my first CNC Router so it’s a massive learning curve for me.
I had slight problem with one of the couplers.
I contacted Sainsmart by email with the problem, and can honestly say the after sales service is best I’ve ever experienced. They replace the coupler no questioned asked, but prior to that they, via email talked me through various things to check just in case I had done something wrong.
Considering the time difference between the UK and China I always had a helpful response with 24 hrs sometimes quicker.
I would recommend Sainsmart any budding or mature CNC Router, 3d Printer or Laser user.
The quality of their machine is second to none.

"This is my first time getting a CNC router and not only is th build quality amazing for the price.. the customer service is top notch... I reached out to them as a joke in responce to an email that I got anoucning the brand new 3020 being droped and how they were meanies for droping right after I purchsed their 3018prover with laser... not only were they happy and willing to help me change my order (wich it was way too late for that as my 3018 had just arived and been assembled by the time I got a responce)... I pointed out to them that I was quite happy with my purchas and that I was in no way entitled to any thing nor were they obligated to do any thing but it was still a nice gesgure.... they provided we with video links and places to get other parts I may need (some of them not even from sainsmart) .. an amazing company that I look forward to doing more business with in the future... "Had an issues with the Sainsmart 3018 PROver Offline controller in that it wouldn't run gcode from Carveco Maker whereas using the laptop directly to the 3018 Prover controller worked fine.
Mira immediately shipped a new controller and all is well.

In a nutshell, bought the PROVerXL 4030 then upgraded with the 6060 expansion six months ago,
Just added the 5.5w fixed focus laser for the 6060, had some issues along the way ... emails to customer
support were always replied to (Taking into account different time zones) with assurance
that any issue would be resolved.
Sainsmart deserve all the credit they deserve, they not only provide great products but their after sales
care is excellent, you are dealt with professionally, courteously and in my case (As with many others)
issues were resolved quickly which makes ALL the difference!

"I bought a SainSmart as my first beginner cnc/engraver. When I first received it I was completely clueless on what I was doing. As I began the build I found SO many helpful videos and it basically walked me right through EVERYTHING! They made it so easy to get it up and going. After several uses I found myself already ready for an upgrade so I purchased another motor from sainsmart because I already loved their product. This time I had to contact customer service because I wasn't sure about what I needed to do for the upgrade. Customer service was awesome! They walked me through everything and did all troubleshooting with me to get it back to running. Not only do I highly recommend them for their product but their customer service is out of this world! I can't wait till I'm ready for my next upgrade to a bigger faster machine this time with a laser. I'm going straight to SainSmart to get it!! "
"I had a problem with my 4030 CNC router, it would not run. I emailed SainSmart and we started a dialog. They requested pictures of my doing certain tests to try and determine where the problem was. After it was determined the problem was with the controller board a new one was shipped to me. After installing the spindle it was working correctly."
