I also recommend their unique items which I don't find anywhere else. What's most impressive about this merchant is that when an issue with a specific item arises they respond within 24 hours and offer different alternatives to resolve it. The only concern I have is with the shipping pricing which is on the high end compared to sites such as Amazon or Ebay and I'm not sure how it's calculated, but the expedited shipment is at times less or is usually only a couple of dollars more than standard price. People need to pay attention to this because it I usually get my orders shipped within a week. Overall, I'm very satisfied with their items and recommend others to their website when I get compliments about the jewelry or clothes I wear."

"The people who give 5 stars to Sammy Dress must be members of their family or share holders. The company is horrible, the products are horrible, the service is horrible. I ordered 2 pairs of pants and chose the prints I liked but they sent me whatever they wanted, something with similar colors and different prints. By the way, really cheap fabric, no tags, no info on what material was used, terrible product. Anyway, their phone line is always busy, really bad sign, so I decided to write to them. I got a response from them last night saying that the prints were right but maybe the light affected the photo. Come on! Seriously? I am an architect for God's sake, my job requires attention to detail. Do not insult my intelligence! I paid $17.64 plus shipping and this is what they offered, A. You keep them, we'd like to offer you 1.8 USD as the compensation or 1% of what I paid, B. You keep them, we'd like to offer you 3.6 USD to your S wallet as the compensation or 2% of what I paid or C. You can send them back but you need to pay for the shipping cost by yourself. When we receive your return items, we will apply the refund of the items price: 17.64 USD. By the way, our company is in China. This solution will cost much shipping cost and the shipping time. How are those good options for me? It is not the money, it is the principle. You cannot really buy more than two coffees at Starbucks with what I paid for the pants but please, show some respect to your customers and at least have the decency to admit you sent me something different because you ran out of what I ordered. Do not blame the light on the photos. I decided to contact PayPal and thank God I paid through them. They will get me my money back. "I love Sammy Dress, they have a huge range at brilliant prices! Sizing is Asian, so a bit smaller than European or Us, & therefore it's a good idea to go bigger. I always choose flat rate shipping with the extra option of tracking & I've never had a problem.
