"I have made a previous purchase on this online store, I must say it was crazy. Yes I do understand the time difference, but doesn't mean anyone running an online store shouldn't take their customers complains or concern seriously. I have never been able to track my items, and I think that is the most stupidest thing any seller should do, and I've sent numerous emails, but no response but instead all I get is promotional emails from this store. If they want to be selling, they should figure out a way to solve track their items to know where and when to expect it. They are so unserious . The products are most cheap materials, with a very low price but the shipping cost is something else.
Am adding this because I wanted to respond to the reply sent by Sammydress rep, since I couldn't see where to do that. I appreciate your response since its the only way your customer can your attention. However can start by providing me with a link that is accessible, am tired of this whole drama. Please do not send me anything that will not show me the movement and destination of my items. You need to stop claiming you sent me an email, acting like you're really trying hard to solve a problem. The only time and email I get is your promotion and when I write a reviewp, am alerted if you respond, so you didn't send me any email stop it. Which tracking website takes 10-11 days to show informations? clearly not the ones I've been using. And saying it's the last order, I have to batches of order that was supposedly shipped, and can't be tracked..., of what good is that?"

It is by far my favorite item I've purchased. So far, that is. And most of my favorite shirts and jewellery I got from Sammy Dress.

The expedited shipping only took about a week (I live in Canada), and the products were all in great shape. For the low price, I thought maybe the fabrics would be uncomfortable, torn easily, etc. But nope! You pay more for a shirt at Walmart that will only last a couple weeks, while my items from Sammy Dress have lasted several months and still look brand new. I get so many compliments when I wear them.

I always have a hard time shopping for clothes in my town, because things are either too expensive or too ugly. That's why I prefer shopping online, and thanks to this wonderful site, I can do that without paying an outrageous amount of money.
