"I have an SSD that is incompatible with their exploratory software, Samsung Magician. The SSD checks out with all the PC system software and device management. This was explained to Customer Service, it was agreed to have my SSD examined by their staff. They emailed me a RMA request form to be completed. I didn't get to it until the next day. In the meantime, the next day, they sent some bogus notification, that I had exceeded a 24hr time limit to respond. I filled out the request, and emailed it in. I get another notification that my request had been received, and it was going to be assigned. It has been 72hrs since I returned the RMA request, and this where the 24hr time limit applies. The time limit applies to them, to respond that Item has been assigned. I will hold my breath!"
"I bought 2 mobile phone for my business ( £2400 ) and one of them came with a big scratch on the camera - Samsung S23+. It will take them now 10 days to have my return process then another 10 days to send a new device mobile phone. In total 20 days without a mobile phone.
When you buy online you cannot return an item even in their official Samsung stores.

"The title says it all. Worst customer service and policies. Won't fix the broken ice maker (still in warranty) because there's dent on their flimsy stainless steel which is totally unrelated. OMG and how rude. Because of small dent all warranty is voided. So because the dent is so easy to make (just by touching the door) they now won't warranty any issues you may have with this cheap fridge. DONT BUY SAMSUNG if you want to save yourself some anxiety. Oh ya! The stove had to have the circuit board changed several times. Issue still not resolved. "

"Called customer support twice, both times support said they will keep me on hold while they check status of the order with UPS. First one disconnected and got me connected to UPS without even informing me, he was to check the status himself and get back to me. The other agent simply disconnected the call after keeping me on wait for 15 mins taking me directly to the survey. Samsung, such agents are going to get you out of business soon."
"Worst policy's to harass the customer. **** customer service. **** you Samsung. I preordered the galaxy tab s8 plus I didn't receive the accessories on time that's 25th Feb, they gave me the credits for it, and credits were available to use by end of March. I placed a Tv order on 8th April, but on same day changed the decision after seeing the product in person at Walmart and BestBuy. Cancellation option was available at that time. I told Customer service to cancel and place with order with promotional discount that I used in previous order he agreed to do that but never cancelled the ordered and now that product is shipped and I need to return it back after that it will be delivered to Samsung warehouse then they will analyze it and then give me my credits back which will take another month. After this I need to place a new order, that I hope so will be delivered in next 7-10 days. So In short, I paid Samsung on 1st week of Feb and didn't receive the product on 25th Feb so received credits for those items by end of March and again due all this **** service I'll need to wait for another month to get a new product using same credits. "

Ordered Samsung Galaxy S6 Lite on November 28 with delivery date of December 28. Untill December 23 they gave me false hope that order is on time. On December 28 they said order is delayed by more than 30 days. Customer service is pathetic. I have been asking customer service for exact delivery date but no one knows anything. They just escalate and no one has any update ever. Disgusting experience with Samsung Shop. "
"Bought new phone Cyber Monday Weekend 11/28 for expected delivery 12/10. They let me know with a late email on 12/7 that the package likely wouldn't arrive till 12/21. I was a little worried but at least it is before the holiday... Next, I checked back 3 days later and the date pushed back to January 4th with no email warning or anything. After reaching out to their customer service there is somehow no way to cancel the order and get a refund till it ships meaning that I am out all that money till it finally makes it to me. Literally no way for me to get my $ back so I can re-allocate it to another phone and no way to tell when I actually will receive the product..
They said my only options were to wait and accept the phone (and maybe get a small discount for the delay if i make extra calls once it finally gets here), OR I can wait and then refuse the parcel when it delivers upon which I will be refunded once that is processed. I can only imagine that processing that will take another couple months basing it off of this experience so far. I really wouldn't ever buy from this service again... For such a large company they have extremely shady service and purchase/cancellation/refund policies.
Additional info found an hour after original post: Come to find out I CAN cancel this order online and the customer service agent was lying to me. I found a way to cancel online and reached back out to confirm I was being refunded the $ and that the product wouldn't ship. Got the $ back in my account and product is cancelled. WAY SHADIER now that I see the customer service agent was trying to string me along with the purchase for extra months when all that was needed was a simple cancellation that I am 100% sure he could have done on his end. NOT BUYING THROUGH SAMSUNG SITE AGAIN. Ordered another phone and it will be here in less than a week.. Holidays have hopefully been saved with no help to Samsung site/customer service.

"If I were you, stay away from ordering anything through their own website. Their shipping is horrendous. Every week they tell me that someone will call when they'll do a delivery, but they never do. I've made the order in September 2021, delivery would've happened in October, but something happened, so I had to reschedule it for 2 weeks. After that, I get an email every week that they will deliver it that week and to expect a call. Nothing. Zip. Nada. In the meantime, the same item is much cheaper now on other (reputable) websites..."

Talked to CSR who asked me to be patient and they would resolve the issue. Four days later Samsung resolved the issue by issuing a "special" discount code that, when used, allowed me to purchase the tablet for about $80 more ... with no free earbuds! No thank you Samsung. "They only lie and give false promises. I was promised a phone to be delivered in 5 weeks. Nothing came. It's week 7 now and for 2 weeks, no one is giving me an answer as to where my phone is. For 2 weeks, I've been hearing the same phrase "we escalated your issue to our team and they will get back to you in 24-48 hours." It's been 2 weeks and no one is getting back to me. I wanted to cancel the order, then the representative offered me a $200 refund to keep the order and wait for it to be delivered. I accepted that until 5 minutes later I get an email that they cannot honor the $200 refund. How many lies do these people want to give their clients??? Now I can't even cancel my order!! This is complete scam and unprofessional behavior. Shame on you Samsung!!"
