Terrible product and customer service

"Received a $1300 TV with dead pixels on day one. I have now spent over two hours on the phone with various customer support functions. Get told I will have to wait 1-2 business days for a technician to SCHEDULE to come fix the TV and then get told it should actually be eligible for a replacement. Spend another hour on the phone trying to find someone to arrange a replacement to be sent, still no resolution. Would rate this 0 stars for the product and for purchasing at Samsung.com"

FREEZER STOPPED WORKING. STILL NOT REPAIRED. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!

"We've bought a Samsung refrigerator/freezer 11 months ago. A month ago my freezer compartment stopped working. I've reached out to Samsung since we're still under the 1 year warranty. They've tried to tell me I wasn't covered any longer. I bought it April 8, 2020. It's only March 2021. I asked them to do the math. An hour on the phone with Samsung customer service as he was typing up the report only for him to tell me to contact the store I bought it from. I told him I did and they referred me to Samsung as we're still covered under the 1 year. He asked me to provide receipt, which I did. It has all the information of my purchased and when item was to be delivered. He than asked if he can see the payment method I used to pay for this. The email confirmation I have shows my order and that it was paid. It didn’t reference how I paid for it, cash/credit etc… What does it matter how I’ve paid? I’VE PAID and item was delivered! An hour and half into the call he finally put in a ticket to have service come out. Upon waiting for the service, I had multiple phone calls from their service center to confirm my appointment. How many times do they actually need to confirm the appointment after I said yes the first time?! A week later, the first tech arrived. He looked at my unit and simple just told me, they will need to have another tech come out here. So now I'm waiting another 2 weeks! As of yesterday, the second tech came out, looked at the unit, stated it was damaged upon delivery because something inside broke and it would’ve only happened upon transporting the unit. He supposedly did what he called a "repair" and told me to contact Samsung the next day if the unit isn't working. Of course the next morning I contacted service and told them the issue, they than transferred me to Samsung. Spoke to someone at Samsung, and as of now I'm asking for a refund or exchange. Was on the phone with him for a good 45 mins as he was typing up the report only for him to tell me the service dept needs to update the ticket. He tried calling service as I remained on hold for another 15 mins and came back and told me the lines busy he can't get through. So he asked me to call them since he can't do anything until the tickets been updated. So I called service dept, got through in less than 5 mins, asked them to update the ticket as advised from Samsung. The rep updated the ticket and told me I can call Samsung back now. I called Samsung back and told them ticket has been updated, but of course this time got another rep, Jonathan, who was pretty rude and not understanding at all. He pulled up my ticket and said he needs to call service dept to confirm. Comes back and tells me they will need to send another tech out here to service my unit. At this point I've lost my patience. I've been out of a freezer for a month, my foods are spoiled, I have multiple kids who relay on this unit. He was trying to argue with me and wouldn't even let me get a word in. I had to asked him if I can please finish explaining my concern. Of course he didn't seem to care at all as to what I was trying to express, he just referred me back to service dept to schedule an appt. I asked to speak to a manager he said he'll put in a request to have a supervisor contact me back within the next 48 hrs. So I called service dept AGAIN for 3rd time TODAY to schedule an appt. I explained to the service dept what's been going on, but of course all they can say is "sorry" because I'm sure that's what they think I want to hear. I need more than an apology at this point. I need an exchange or a refund. Of course they can't do that for me since the service tech didn't notate that the unit isn't repairable. I than asked, what did the tech notate on the report? To my surprised this was the report, "Customer refuse repair and will contact Samsung." This frustrated me even more since I'VE NEVER REFUSED THE REPAIR! I had asked him prior to him leaving my home did he attempt to repair it. He said yes! I'm beyond upset at the lack of service and how hard it is to just get my unit repaired, exchanged or refunded. I'm now waiting on another tech to come out NEXT WEEK. Who knows if this will even get repaired. Are they just waiting of my warranty to expire on April 7th? Does Samsung even understand my frustration? I would not recommend Samsung appliance at all. Defected from the start and worst customer service I've ever had to dealt with. NEVER will I ever buy another Samsung appliance ever again!"

"Recently I placed an order, delivery date was showed 1 week but after3-4 weeks also I haven't received my order. when I called customer care, got the worst experience and they don't have enough information.i would recommend please don't expect the order on time with the Portal."

Shipping scam

"Do not order from the Samsung website, they use 2nd party companies to fulfill orders, in my case Ingram Micro in Tennesse. When you place an order they will quickly create a shipping label that triggers a payment to Samsung but the label is meaningless because it might be weeks before they give the item to the shipper. I have purchased thousands of dollars in Samsung products and generally have been happy with them but will never order from their website again. It's not just selling a product you have to deliver it in a timely manner"

garbage phone

"Bought Samsung Fold 2 couple months ago, spent $49 for case , remove the case last night to clean, saw crack on back of the phone screen where the camera is, no dropped no fell off , so I called Samsung customer service , they did me a favor !!!!!! to pay $149 plus tax instead of $599 for something that has nothing to do with me , I have no choice but pay this but that would be my last phone with them as well as other products , if it was my fault i would not care and thanked them for discount which i guess was charged when i purchased the phone and they call it something like care pack , but it was not my fault. I am not happy and I really don't want this phone anymore."

Terrible experience

"Hello, I recently bought Samsung M 31s from Samsung portal online. The headset which was delivered to me kept hanging. On asking for a replacement I was advised by the Samsung representative to perform some optimizations tactics so that phone functions properly. Instead of a replacement I was asked to monitor my phone. On contacting the support again they asked me to visit Samsung service center. People at service center told that motherboard needs to replaced. I wanted my headset to be replaced but Samsung refused as their 15 days replacement period had expired just because I listened to one of their representatives and monitored my headset. After my motherboard was replaced by the service center, I faced the same issue.
Terribly disappointed by Samsung support and its lack of accountability. A customer paying more than 18000 rupees for a brand new phone is delivered a phone which keeps on hanging from day 1.

Horrible customer support

"I have ordered a Refrigerator on Samsung.com in July and they scheduled me for delivery in August and that is the earliest date I could choose.
After I have waited for one month, the horrible thing happens. The Refrigerator is not here. I shouldn't trust Samsung would delivery something in a month at the first place. Then I contact the customer support, they told me that it is a Refrigerator so it needs a separated company to handle the delivery and installation, the customer service cannot see the information on the delivery company.(Samsung, If you cannot get delivery info and contact them, why work with this delivery company?)
The delivery company is called XPO Logistics, horrible company. It has only robots which send text messages without solving any issues. It just told me they need to reschedule it and didn't even tell me when. It is kind of hopeless. I have already waited for one month. Now I need to wait for an unknow thing.
Save yourself, don't buy from Samsung.

POOR customer service

"I assume their policy of not allowing delivery address changes after order processing is related to geographical concerns of the delivery facility to where my TV has been shipped. My delivery address request (different from my address when I ordered the TV, and never indicated as the anticipated delivery address) is 60 miles closer to the third party's location, and so the inconvenience I (the customer) is requesting is minimal compared to the solution they u have suggested; refuse the order, and once returned to them by the 3rd party, my account would be credited. Not very efficient, and how do I refuse delivery if I no longer reside at that location? Although irrational, not only is this the last time I purchase an item directly from the manufacturer but the last time I buy anything manufactured by Samsung. "

Avoid Samsung.

"I order a tablet (Tab S6), they took the money and it was expecting to come in a week because i choose a day from the week-end to be home. After one week, nothing happens, i call them to check what is going on and they say that will process my order urgently till the next day and send it. The next day they cancelled my order without any reason and proceed for a refund directly. I check the website and the tablet was in stock, all the colours. What is more strange is that my wife order a watch (active2) in the same time with me (with her card), they took the money without any problem, they complete the order and send it without problems. But exactly in the same day that was suppose to come, they call the courier company and cancel the delivery, without notice and a proper reason. I never heard a company calling the courier company and cancel the order with 1 hour before the delivery, without notice and a proper reason to act like this. All my family is using Samsung, from TV, phones, monitors... even laptop. But from now on i will never buy a Samsung product. Thank you for wasting my time.

PS: i will write this review on every big website, i just feel so **** off.

Scam and FRAUDS

"Sent back Galaxy Gear Inconx earbuds on March 27, 2019 with a promise of exchange and as of this day, June 22, 2019 I have not received a replacement but only lies. Their hold time can be up to 6 hrs and if you do speak with someone it's all lies. At this point, I have come to the conclusion that they have stolen my earbuds. I'm surprised that they get away with this criminal activity given how many stories are the same. Well this customer is a fighter and will report them to the BBB and other agencies. "

Samsung SCAM

"I got a bad galaxy Buds and after troubleshooting they agreed to sent it back to them and they will send me replacement, they received my buds and their time for shipping a new one is 14 days its been way passed that time frame, i call almost everyday hours on hold and they keep feeding me with lies , like it has been shipped , i wait and nothing , i called again and they give me fake references numbers for the shipment, one time they promised that i will receive the replacement on Monday and nothing , still waiting , they took my money and my buds and gave me nothing , i have texts and screen shots for them saying its on the way , ALL LIES "
