Customer service representatives LIE. Purchased a new QLED TV from Samsung.com and a few days later the price dropped $300.00 on the Samsung website. Called customer service and they said they have price match. Submitted my price match request exactly how the customer service representative said to and was denied. Denial email said they dont do price matching from their own website. Lies and completely false statements given by their customer service representatives. NEVER BUY FROM SAMSUNG.COM and their customer service is a joke."
"We spent a fortune on our refrigerator. Its a french door stainless steel 23 cu ' refrigerator. Its 2 1/2 yrs old. I think the serviceman has been out here 4 times for various things. It is so horrible to clean & I'm just sick about it. Have tried everything that has been suggested online & it is a smudgy mess. Then our kids got us a samsung stove for Christmas , stainless & black. Its an electric stove & black on top. That is so hard to clean, its impossible and cant even compare to how easy our previous maytag white one was to clean. I have a Bosch stainless dishwasher & its easy to clean the stainless. I will never buy another samsung appliance again."
"Ordered TV from Samsung.com the Thursday before Thanksgiving. Says it will be delivered in 2-3 business days from shipping out. Ships out the following Monday, so I figured I’d either have it the day before or the day after Thanksgiving. The freight company is supposed to call to setup an appointment. I don’t hear anything, so I try calling them the following Monday. Lady at the freight company literally said “How would I know where your package is, don’t you know this is the holidays and things will take a while?” I tried to get her to give me their local number, wouldn’t do it, then she said "This isn't my problem" and hung up on me. Then the next day I tried to call and their line was busy (true for over the next couple of weeks). Called Samsung a few times and they kept saying that as soon as it left their facility it wasn’t their problem anymore. I finally got one person to attempt to call the freight company, she called the same number I had called and it was busy, her response was “Well, the line is busy, nothing I can do.”
By 2 weeks after my order I was calling the shipping company multiple times a day. Line was either busy, or they would just hang up on you. Samsung continued to not care at all. I was just about to report the charge as fraud. Samsung told me if I wanted them to do anything, I'd have to send an e-mail to a specific resolutions e-mail address, but they were all ignored. I was finally able to get ahold of the shipping company, and they were like “Well all the locations are locally operated, we don’t know what they are doing, it is the Holidays don’t you know?” But I was at least finally able to get her to give me the local number.
I call the local warehouse. They tell me “Yeah, we have 100s of TVs sitting around from Samsung because they didn’t provide us with anyone’s phone numbers, e-mail address and many don’t even have shipping addresses, and Samsung refuses to provide us with the information, so we can’t get ahold of anyone to setup delivery.” They brought the TV out the next day, I saw the shipping slip, no phone number, no e-mail address.
Any ways, the 2-3 day shipping took almost 4 weeks to get. I’ve never had a company so indifferent to whether or not I ever got the product I ordered. "
"They just ****. I placed an order, and it's magically backordered the next day. No notice or expected ship date. Customer service doesn't even know if it's backordered or not. They just keep stating the obvious: "You can be sure it will ship, and when it ships, you'll get a shipping notification." I certainly hope it does that, but I want to know WHEN. No one can tell me WHEN. I doubt they even know that. What a joke of a company. It's no wonder their last phone exploded. They must half **** everything. Stay away from Samsuck. "

"Samsung ships these orders with pick-up from Fedex location disabled AND signature required. If you live in a building with secured elevators, you will NOT be able to receive packages from Samsung.com, because Fedex won't be able to go to your door to collect signature, you will not be able to select pick-up from Fedex location and Fedex will not collect your signature from a door tag even if you sign it!"
"Never buy from Samsung.com again. It has been 1 months since I ordered my products online and still have not received them. I call to ask and they tell me that its on backorder and that I should wait! After I hang up I get an email that the product is on backorder. Lack of communication, not until I called them, then they immediately send me a status email. 2 months later I still WON'T have my product, call to get my money back, but I can't because I used a $50 promo code that I redeemed using My points from SamsungPay. They are only allowed to return the difference that was charger on my creditcard. I was placed on hold for an hour to see if they could some how help me, called back, transferred around from department to department and I never once raise my voice or anything that would show my frustration and they placed me on hold again. Five minutes later they just hung up. NO support from them every time I call. Just transfers and then they hang up. Worst customer service. This happens every time I call for support on any of my product that I own they are very bad with customer service."

"I had e-certificate of $100.00. Order battery-pack and s7 edge case totaling around $94 which was completely waved-of applying coupon. Then I had to just pay around 4$ for shipment. All of sudden included one more item fast wireless charge. So total order around $165 + $4 shipment. I realized that I ordered costly item which was $20 costlier from Amazon. I cancelled the same next day. After 2-3 days, they shipped the cancelled item along with case. Send email that we couldn't cancel the shipment hence your order shipped. If you don't like return to us.
After too many struggle and contacting customer support, they send the return shipment label with different company no where Samsung mentioned. I shipped then they just return $29. After I called customer support they said they distributed $100 to all three items. This was one time e-certificate.
I was big fan of Samsung and use their latest phone. Now I am going to give-up right away and stop using Samsung product at all."

And for me it is very important to be avialable all the time. but soon I decided to renew my cell again and that time i chose Samsung phones with 2 sim cards. Having bought the phone I was very pleased with this purchase. they have made their cells more modern and i like everything in my new model - Samsung Galaxy Core 2. This happened a while back but still very dear to me. I purchaseds a TV with Blu ray recorder in 21 February 2009 thinking it would be a great investment in the long term - The invoice came to $4925.00. Just short change from $5,000.
At the time I had a very sick father and mother was fine (but elderly). I started having trouble with the blu-ray straight away but kept ignoring it as I do have satellite TV and just thought that I connected it wrongly. (BIG MISTAKE) My father passed away in April 2012 and I was starting to have problems with the TV at this stage where I kept getting red shadows throughout the picture - I made a grave mistake and contacted my TV repairman thinking it was a problem with the satellite dish - I replaced the satellite dish. I never thought that there was a big problem with the picture of a 3 year old TV which cost almost $5,000. I had a 5 year warranty on this TV so in December 2014 contacted head office (my mother had passed away in November and therefore I could concentrate on the TV problem) and spoke to someone there who explained to me that it was out of warranty but out of the goodness of their heart they would send out a repairman to look at it. I was informed by this serviceman that the whole screen needed to be replaced and that the DVD player was also faulty. - This would cost over $2,000 to replace screen. Can you imagine my horror to firstly be informed that the TV had been like this after 3 years - and good heavens the DVD player was faulty from the beginning. I was flabbergasted. I would have to admit that the warranty expired in February 2014 - but come on - I was 9 months out for such an expensive piece of merchandise - I have records of when I contacted VAST (digital TV) in regards to the problem which I thought was originally a satellite problem. ( I contacted them in 2012 - obviously well in the time period of my warranty. After not hearing from them for over 2 months I again wrote personally to Samsung. They contacted me again (Samsung) to inform me that they could do nothing. I believe there has been an injustice and contacted ACCC and Department of Fair Trading who contacted the original store where I purchased the item from. The Good Guys (I find this laughable) - I have always believed that it is the responsibility of the manufacturer and in this case (Samsung). They are disgusting and need to be shamed for what they did."
"Sour on Samsung. Did you know this manufacture has different versions of the same product? BUYER BEWARE. Not all Samsung TV are equal. Some have 8 bit processors other have 10 bit. I recently had this bait and switch tactic and after researching found that it was true. I have bought a number of Samsung's products in the past, I NOW QUESTION THEIR QUALITY AND REPUTATION. If product have the same model # they should be the same. "
