"We were facing serious a environmental problem and Santa Clara Systems came thru with the parts EXACTLY as they promised. Would I use them again - Absolutley! They had it in stock and shipped immediately and we received it when they promised. As much as I dislike saying it not all vendors can match their promise with their actions but Santa Clara did and I am confident they will again. THAT is what is critical to us when a process is 30% crippled and we need a part.

"getting the material and placing orders is ok, the problem i have found is there search tab when looking for a part to buy. i have typed complete part number with or with out dashes and usualy won't locate item i am looking for. if i drop to first few letters/numbers will pull up part numbers but then i have to search throught them all to find the complete part number i origianlly searched for. "
