Unreasonable and hidden fees

"I received an email for an oil change & inspection for $44.95. Invoice was approximately $65.00, which included taxes & “fees”. Service advisor could not explain what the “fees” were for and insisted that $65 was the correct amount. (Was this [about $16] the hazardous waste disposal fee? If yes, that’s 100% unreasonable.) Service manager eventually adjusted the price to a reasonable amount, but if I have to question every fee I’m not coming back to your dealership. "
