I have got another saree from the order 22763 today. I must say that I am extremely enthusiastic. The quality is correct. He is simply lovely. After the whole trouble I am surprised very positively and would like to express a great praise to you here. I remain unchanged for you if as a customer the further sarees are worked also so wonderfully. I introduce quality to myself exactly so. The saree is already now my favorite play. I will carry this saree with a lot of joy.
I am already now quite curious about the Saree still being missing and the saree which I get as a refund.

"we did recieve the items in few days , BUT the blouse fittings are not to the right measurements n standards, like length for blouse we gave was 6.5 inches BUT it has been made only 4inches , bust is too tight n not enough space to adjust it to size.
And still 3 more items are pending tobe sent n almost a month now.

"I ordered my sari on July,30th, this item should be delivered by August 14th, however 21days later and I haven't receive my sari, I called several times to follow up, left messages and emails as well, no one return my calls or emails, at this time I am very unhappy with this service, this order is for a wedding on August 25th and I don't know when I will receive it.
09/01/2012 Sareez response to this review is totally false I did not receive my order, however I received an e mail from Ankit Jain a rep of Sareez on August 28th 2012 indicating the order will be ship within the next 10 days. This is one company I will never do business with ever again, due to their dishonesty and yes I do hope they will give a refund of twice the amount paid, due to their deceptive advertisements and response to this review."
"I havent yet received the two salwar kameezes that I had ordered but I had accidentally had put the wrong measurements and had not realized this until AFTER I had ordered one of the salwar kameezes, so I emailed the measurement department the day I had ordered and heard nothing back, so I emailed the urgent email and I quickly got a response but they had told me to go email the measurement department after I had told them that I had in fact emailed the measurement department. Oh well, I havent received my salwar yet, but when I do I hope that they fix it according to my email."

"I ordered four salwar kameezes - two tailored and two untailored. I received the tailored sets within 4 weeks of placing the order.
I am extremely unsatisfied with the two kameezes I got tailored at Sareez.com. One of which I cannot wear because the border attached to the bottom of the kameez is made up of patched up material. It is obvious that the tailor had the border size shorter than the width of the kameez and to compensate for the shorter length he added a patch to each end of the border making the kameez unwearable because it looks so awful. Sareez.com did not work with me to get me a replacement. Since they would not agree to pay for shipping for me to send the kameez back I compromised and asked them to send me the right size border which I could then replace myself. They agreed to do so and said they would send it within 25 days with the rest of my order.
I waited the 25 days and when I emailed to ask for the status of the rest of the order and the border I was given the run around and they kept telling me that they were having some manufacturing issues. They neglected to let me know what the manufacturing issue was and when this issue would be resolved. I finally got fed up and asked them to send me the rest of my order. I finally got my other salwar kameez sets after more than two months of placing the order.
I am still waiting for them to tell me if they have the border ready or not. They claim they cannot ship the border by itself and that they will ship it with my next order. When I ask them is the border is ready, they have no answer and refuse to answer the question by ignoring my emails. I do not intend to purchase anything from this merchant again and I still insist on getting a replacement border which I am sure that they can easily mail to me by regular mail.
Sareez.com has ZERO customer service and should not be allowed to be a seller.
In response to the comment Sareez.com posted about my review, I can say that they made no effort to resolve my issue. The fabrics they showed me were NOT even close to being similar to what I had. Black, red and green do not go with ecru, gold and maroon. I was not willing to pay to send back item since it was a defect on the manufacturers side and they were not willing to compensate me for the shipping cost. On top of all the hassle, they did not issue an apology at all. I discourage anyone from buying from this site."
"I purchased a Churidar Kameez from Sareez.com. After purchasing it, I was contacted and informed that my purchase was discontinued and that I could choose another, I did. Today I received my second choice and it is not gray (http://www.sareez.com/Salwar-Kameez/By-Occasion/Wedding-Salwar/Gray-Wedding-and-Festival-Faux-Georgette-Churidar-Kameez-43220/) as the picture on the website suggested and the title stated. It is a deep green. Definitely not the colour I was under the impression I was ordering. I would recommend that when buying from this company, contact them first before purchasing and get a written understanding of the product you are ordering and the colour of the fabric so as to avoid heart ache. I am not sure if I will wear this to the wedding as I was planning.

Sareez is now claiming that the color difference is due to lighting and not the fact that I received a green suit instead of a gray suit as listed on their site. I would recommend that a buyer be very cautious when dealing with this company."

"I received the product (Salwar Kameez) yesterday and I can say that I'm very satisfied. The quality of the Salwar is good and the Salwar fits perfect. It looks exactly like in the picture. Sareez.com sent me the product on Monday and it was on Wednesday morning here(from India to GERMAY). But the process took longer than it should be, "time to deliver: 10 days" but it tooks about 20 days, but that is okay. I would always shopping from Sareez.com ! I'm happy :) and thx for the free gift.
