"I was a new costumer of sareez.com. I didn't know how reliable is it to order a item there. so I ordered a very cheap saree and I was really impressed with the delivery system and the price of the saree. But the stitching of the blouse and petticoat was worst.I had to stitch them again by myself.
So 2nd time I ordered a saree only without blouse and petticoat. This time the saree was exactly same as shown in the picture and the delivery was super so I was happy .
I again ordered another saree for the 3rd time, and this time I am very much disappointed with them . The saree's color is totally different than what i saw in the picture. So I wanted to return it back. I emailed them for this , but I didn't get any response from them until 4 days. so I chat with them online and the person who was chatting said me to write an email again to support. I again did it but couldn't get the response . As many time I chat with them they ask me to write an email again and again .I was so upset with their costumer service.So i wrote a testimonial, then only they replied to my email and said that they will refund me 50% and I can keep the saree. I agreed with them because I was already depressed with their service so I didn't want to go to a lengthy process to get 100 % refund.But again I couldn't get neither the refund nor their response until 4 days. So I again emailed them asking my refund and finally they replied my email today saying that they will refund it within 72 hrs.Now lets see what will happen!!
Finally from my experience I found that the price of saree, and the delivery system is super.I also appreciate them for giving free delivery for USA. It is worthy to buy from them if you get the good item. But if in case you are not happy with your item and if you want to return it then,be sure you will definitely be upset with their service."

"I ordered 2 salwar kameez from this site. Both items were 7 days delivery. I ordered them in the last week of March around 03/27. It has been almost a month now. I was told that the items have shipped on 04/13 when I contacted them via chat, but I am yet to receive the tracking number or the items. Chat service though friendly ,couldn't help me much and asked me to drop a mail to their support. I havent received any answer yet. I wanted to buy more from their site, but now I think I will put it on hold. I am disappointed.

NO, I sent the measurements on Friday, 29/03/13. I received a mail on Saturday at 30/03/13, 4:55 A.M. confirming my measurements from sareez.com. I understand I was a couple of day late in giving you the measurements, and thats I did start enquiring about its whereabouts until 2 weeks had passed. Please stop blaming me for your own shortcomings.
Also I never got any email with the tracking number. "

But they aren't keeping me posted, there online chat gave me no info only that an email will be sent soon to track my order. "This is the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. I clearly ordered a 10 day delivery specifically for a friends wedding and they keep arguing with me that it is 25 days even though I saved the link and keep showing it to them they do not care. No one gives me a straight answer on chat, email, or when calling. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE, I FEEL THAT I AM BEING SCAMMED. What company asks the customer to call international to speak with a manager??? Then when I call there is no answer because today is a holiday. But no one told me that yesterday. It is an overdue order and I still havent gotten an answer from anyone. Not an answer, explanation, or even an apology. They keep saying it is processing, they refuse to give my a shipping date, tracking number or anything solid to make me believe that this item is even coming.
