"FRAUD...DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.....I just ordered a suit and confirmed the measurement form. it was also confirmed before the product was shipped but the company still got it wrong, they lied..do you think it makes sense if i request a liner so my body does not show due to religious reasons and i even said that the back neck should be 5.5 inches deep so nothign shows either but NO they did not follow the form. I even have email documentation that they confirmed the neck back length was 5.5 but they put it as 10.5 and my BRA shows through...i would not recommend Sareez.com... i tried to give them a chance and yet again they blew it.... You did send pictures but only the front and again i have email confirmation that the neck is ok even i said it should be 5.5 Suraj Shaw said it is correct.
i just sent pictures to your measurement team of what i received (the front and back) and the proof is there...i would like to see your response now...
you had stated in the last conversation that you would offer a full refund if it is 10.5 inches for the back neck...but still all i have heard from the sareez.com team that they only are refunding 1/2 stitching on my next order...what makes you think i will re-order if you keep on making mistakes. And that is not a full refund it is only $10!!!! i sent hte pictures and a copy of the measurement form and it clearly showed that it is not 5.5 as per hte measurement form, it is 10.5 inches...so where is my full refund prkanki????????
i will wait for a response before i share this incident with facebook etc.
i received numberous emails but SAREEZ just said it is my error even i put proof of the measurment team and i attached this ladies response for full refund but they are a bunch of liars...do not order"
"Dont ever buy from this website. If something goes wrong you will lose your money. They are bunch of unprofessional people running the business. They have chat 24 hours but no one replies. I ordered a salwar on Oct 10 and received the Nov 3rd. Had to follow up with them twice and there was no response at all. I would be even fine with that if my product was good but the irony was my suit was ripped all over the place when I tried to wear it first time.The reason for that is the fabric they used. Either its tool old or because if the stitching. The fabric is not able to take any pressure. That's not my fault I paid for stitching, shipping. When I asked for refund they are asking the product back for store credit. They think they are the smartest people. They asked me to send the ripped salwar back by paying 23$ shipping and then they will give me store credit for my original amount which I paid (I have a doubt about that too so I am nit sending theit crap back ) There is no way you can get your money back. Never ever buy from them. I did not see any positive thing while doing business with them.
After reading sellers response I am highlighting one thing He said I didn't liked the fabric that's totally wrong. My dress was all ripped. It was such a bad fabric there is nothing to like or dislike here. Don't find excuses when you are not fair
There was definitely something wrong with the first kameez but human errors are every where. When I sent my first suit back, they send me another one of my choice which is good. I have no complains from the second suit"
