"Ordered twice online to Sareez.com. Very dismal experience. Don't keep up with the delivery date and shipping what it says in their website. Don't pick up the phone when you call customer service no matter whether you are dialing 1-800 number or their direct number to India. Online chatting is equally frustrating and often they merely have an idea with the order. They would keep you waiting inline for hours without any response for checking the order. They are rude and non-apologetic. Never the product came on time what they have promised. There promotion is often deceiving. Strongly recommend not to buy from this website. "

"These people are doing crap business with no customer satisfaction. I ordered a Salwar abd got it by halgky done. The product description says it comes with matching sleeves and when I got it there were no sleeves. Stupidity. Also there is not even half inch fabric to mske small alteration this is ridiculous I am very upset that after paying so many dollars I received a crapy proud uct which I cannot use. If I have to return I have to pay for shipping. This is even worst.

I did online search for ready to wear churidar and finally found Sareez.com . They did really a wonderful service. I got my two churidars and Kurthi on time or early:its take only 4 days to reached in Canada. All are so pretty I really love it and affodable price . They did a fanyastic customer service , even I am in Canada they Called me to enquire can I get my parcel .....that's really wonderfull.

"The delivery time was 25 days. Item was not delivered even after 50 days and finally my order was cancelled. In the next order, there were damages in the saree. To return the item, I will have to pay for shipping. Not happy with the service at all. I request sareez to double check for damage before sending the item. I'm very unhappy with this. I wasted my money on damaged saree."
"I ordered 1 product 26 days ago and still don't get my product. first 15 days I didn't got any update from them. I keep chatting with them they always said to me, it's on the process.. When I told them I need it ASAP then they said my product damaged and they started it again. Imagine after 15 days they informed me that. I informed them I need it urgent they said to contact with ****@****. I contacted with them they said to choose any 7 days delivery item. I choose and send the SKU number then they said I have to pay extra 18 dollar. Well I replied them that I will pay and send me invoice. After then they disappear. nothing got from them no email no contact almost 6 days past. They totally ignoring me. I keep sending email but no reply. I don't understand what's going on. Do you believe 26 days past and I didn't get my item yet or any update. If they can't delivery on time why they are doing business. By the way, I ordered another item from another website at the same time and I already got the product. At least they can keep inform me what's going on. Anyway If I will not get my product within 10 days in home I will take my money back, don't know they will give my money back or not. Otherwise I will complain to Paypal because I paid from Paypal. "

And I am in Bangalore which is easily reachable by all courier services. But it is not shipped till date. I actaully needed it for a function today (25th July).
