Photos of items were extremely deceptive, appear to be much thicker in picture however when the order arrived it was paper thin and heart breaking. This is a good lesson in greed. "I have to admit I was a bit dubious when seeing the reviews of this company but I decided to go ahead and purchase the solid viking bracelet. Upon inspection the construction of the bracelet is well made, and while there are minor flaws in the polishing you really have to hunt to see them. All and all I am very pleased with my purchase and will buy again from Sarraf."
"I bought pearl earring from them back in March, I never slept with them, never showered with them.. 4 months after the pearl unglued from the back part. I try fixing on my own it didn’t work I emailed them they told me to send them back to them it was $25 to send them back to them I received it a week after and two days after the earrings fell off again. I emailed them one more time and they told me to use crazy glue to glue it. Are you kidding me?

"I purchased a gold chain from Sarraf right before COVID and didn't have time to test it. Something didn't feel right with it so I went to a local jewelry apprasier and they tested it. They told me that it wasn't 14k solid gold as advertised. It was plated with a heavy plating. I tried to call them and they gave me a hard time and didn't itinally want to take it back because I purchased it a few months ago. I would recommend that if you purchased a gold chain from Sarraf to have it tested to ensure the quality of it. Most probably it is fake just like mine was. I'm not sure how they are still in business."

"I purchased two 18k gold 2.7mm 18” cable chains which just arrived. They looked thin so I measured them with a digital caliper only to discover they were 2.3mm, not 2.7mm. The 2.3mm chains are over $400 less for the two. When I called to complain, they tried to tell me the weight is the same ??? They did offer to refund my money but that’s not the point! How many customers have the means to measure their chains? How many customers have been cheated?"

I ordered on 7/20/19 and paid for next day shipping but didn't realize that they weren't even open on Saturday so I called on Monday and they happily returned the $24.99 to my account for shipping. Recently i cleaned the chain and realized something was off about it so i measured the width of the chain and it was a mm off.
