"They have CHANGED! I used to really like them. Tried to buy Beautiful from Estee Lauder from them starting in November. Their site kept saying 'alert me when in stock' and it never did. Emails to them got responses that they would have it in stock in a day.

Finally a manger responded, and told me he would personally ensure I got it even if he had to buy it himself to ship to me. Needless to say, never heard from him again.

A later email apologized saying that they had outsourced things and were taking back their company. Two months later, STILL NO perfume in stock.

I'd say it was bait and switch, but they don't push you as it's online. They used to be awesome, but it's gone wayyyyy downhill. Don't waste your time, if it says out of stock, you won't find it in stock moving forward.

Now, months later, it's time to buy it retail. I was way too trusting.

Prices - fair, but I could charge one penny for a Cadillac if I never had it in stock to sell.

Customer Service - don't make me laugh. As bad as it gets. "

When I called them, they wanted to charge me an additional 2nd fee for shipping. I told them that, in that case, they could keep the merchandise and refund my credit card. "They have really low prices, maybe to low to be true. I've ordered a Bvulgari Aqua Marine perfume, the box was not sealed and looking at the bottle, the serial number was scratched off. i had ordered for 6 perfumes (Guess gold,CK one, 2 Coolwater for men,coolwater for women,Hugo Boss) and all delivered in time in one go.

except for one perfume(deep red from hugo boss) whose box was smashed and little torn in the bottom. This cannot be a shipping damage as other 5 bttles were brand new and sparling boxes,Since they were packaged well in the big box.

This was supposed to be a gift. Now i need to cook stories when i am gifting it to them saying it got damaged in the shipping etc etc.

They need to update their stock in some of the major perfumes brand. Many says out of stock.
