"Overall I am pleased with Screen Country. Can't say I am extremely happy since they forgot to include several tools I had included in the order and I had to contact them and tell them they had made a mistake. But the key part (the lcd screen) arrived extremely quickly which pleased me very much. And the missing items, they expedited delivery and they arrived within 4 days after contacting them. Mistakes sometimes happen, and I am in no way upset (although from a customer service standpoint they didn't do that well, as they never acknowledged or apologized for having missed the items in the original shipment and having inconvenienced me).
