They wanted nearly $300 for parts and labour to fix my screen. I told them not to bother and so I searched the Internet for cheaper solutions. The screen I ordered came in faster than I expected and they made sure it was well-wrapped and protected...almost like getting that present within a present from the mischievous cousin. After taking apart the old screen, I checked the part numbers on both screens (something I feel like I should've done first) and was surprised that they matched up.
