The odd occasion I've had to return a screen has always been straightforward without any hassle. Their customer service is also very good. The other week I couldn't find a laptop model on their website. The customer service team suggested I remove the screen to reveal a model number. I sent them a photo and they came back with a link to the screen I needed. I was very happy and so was my customer! "

From previous experience I took the old screen out first and then searched for a replacement using it's part number, rather than using the laptop part number as this way reduces the chance of getting the wrong screen. Removing and replacing the screen on my Acer laptop was quite a straightforward task. A recommendation supplier in the unfortunate event that you have a broken screen."

According to Royal Mail they delivered the package the day after they received it. Lack of info from the seller, Email sent asking about whereabouts and why it hadn't shipped earlier. Yet to receive a response.
