"This company accepted payment for items and never shipped them. I was given a variety of reasons for the delay. Ultimately, the never shipped my order and never processed the refund that they promised to do. Do not do business with this company."

"Short story is I cancelled the order due to it being on back order. They said it would take up to 2 weeks to get my refund. It's past that deadline. Their phone always goes to voicemail, never an answer. I've emailed them numerous times to different people and no reply. I wish I would have checked the Better Business Bureau before buying from them. Many other people had worse issues with scrub couture. DON'T do BUSINESS WITH THESE people. They're NOTHING but a SCAM"

"The ordering process was simple and easy. When I went to check out I selected anonymous because I didn't want to create a new account. They didnt tell me that you cant track packages that way nor do they give you a tracking confirmation email. Two weeks after my order was placed I had to email them to check on the status. I was informed that the items were stuck in customs and one was on back order. This would have been good to know before hand when I ordered it. My wife's Birthday came and passed with no present. I still haven't received the order nor any updated information. Not happy with this company."

"17 days and no delivery. I was not given the courtesy of a call or email about why but when I recently called to ask what was going on I got voice mail. I left a message with my number but got an email response that all Dickies merchandise was held up in customs with no option to Cancel my order and I still have no clue when I will receive the order. "

"My experience with Scrubcouture.com was terrible! It is still ongoing. I haven't received most of my order, and I cannot contact this company. They have given me NO information. The first time I contacted them, they responded only on Facebook to tell me they were moving and it would be at the end of the week before I got my order. I received a small part of my order, but they largest part ($90 worth) has not been filled. They do not return phone calls or messages or emails. "

"I am very satisfied with the personal customer service I received. My order was late and after contacting them they explained a valid reason for the delay and gave me a $15:00 credit as well; for my patients. Will continue to do business with scrubcouture and highly recommend them to anyone who wears scrubs for a living."

"I placed my order on 9/20/12 for my scrubs. The money was taken out of my bank 9/23/12. It is 10/5/12 and I have yet to receive my order. I inquired about it and was told that they had recently moved their office and were frantically trying to restore their computer systems to be able to process all their orders. I am not very happy with this company, this is the first and last time I will order from them."

"I ordered a set of scrubs on 09/11/2012 after speaking with a customer service agent on the phone. On 09/17, I checked my order online and saw it had not been shipped yet, so I called to find out why. The customer service agent said he wasn't sure what was going on, and that someone would get back to me. On 09/18, I got an email stating that the pants were on backorder until 09/27, then another email stating the backorder date was actually 10/15!! I explained that I needed the scrubs for a class that started on 09/24 and that if I had been told when I ordered them that they were not in stock, I would not have placed the order. I ended up canceling my order."

" I ordered 3 tops and 3 bottoms of the same uniform. I received 1 top and 1 bottom within 1 week. I waited another week and still did not receive the rest of my order.
When using the online chat help the pop up told me I was #1 in the query and the wait would be 5 minutes. I waited 10 minutes before I receive a response.
The online chat help told me my order was shipped directly from the manufacture and the mess up was on their end.
I received the final items of my order 5 days later.

"The stock you have is great but your website is difficult to operate. I had to buy items from another site recently because my password was repeatedly rejected. Although I used forgot password and found my password to be correct I could not proceed with the order. When I tried to change the account I was repeatedly told that the User ID already had a password assigned to it and would not let me proceed. I subsequently received an email from scrubscouture thanking me for my order!! I cancelled becaused I had bought the items elsewhere. Too much of a chore to use this website."
