"I called to cancel my order that had been placed 17 hours prior and the company would not cancel the order. The package was still being processed in the warehouse so could have been cancelled but it is against "policy". So instead of a quick simple process for a product I can't use I now have to wait for the product to arrive, pay for shipping return and wait for a refund of my money. Unbelievable. "
"I always like to get my Christmas shopping done early. I ordered my daughter three sets of maternity scrubs for Christmas the first week of October 19. Their website said 60 days to return for a refund. Nothing about exchanges being 60 days that I found. So, their sizing for maternity scrubs was NOT true to size for my daughter. After trying on one pair, it was apparent they would need to be exchanged for a smaller size. I called them and that is when they told me they also had a 60 day exchange policy. They told me I could try to take them to the closest store and as long as they had not been worn or altered and I had the original receipt (which I did), they may allow me to exchange them for a smaller size. Prior to driving almost an hour, I called the store. The young lady that answered the phone was very nice, but she said there was a 45 day return policy. I began to explain to her that the scrubs were still in the package had never been opened (except the one my daughter tried on) and I just wanted to exchange them for a smaller size. She said hold on a minute. I heard her speaking to someone else, assuming it was her supervisor. Listening to the conversation, her supervisor was extremely rude. Basically, she said I would not be able to bring them back. There exchange policy was 60 days. They would not even offer a store credit . Nothing! Now, I have three sets of scrubs that I paid almost $180 for and I can’t do anything with them. Sorry store, but even less customer service!"
"Have bought MANY SCRUBS from this store but their customer service is just terrible. I will absolutely never use them again. There are SEVERAL online scrubs stores and all of their returns/exchanges and customer service have been seamless. Save the hassle and go somewhere else."

"If I could give them a zero star I most certainly would. I ordered on 9/12/19, 3 scrub tops XXS, 3 scrub bottoms xs, and 1 scrub jacket in small. I received them 9/19/19. Now the website changed the order on my scrub jacket from small to medium. I called customer service on 9/20/19 @ 1:46 pm ET and spoke with Abraham who informed me that he would have to request a return authorization, of which I completely understand, however, he said it will take 24-72 hours to get that approval. WHAT?!? He also informed me that normally there is an $8.95 charge to return something, but because it was website error and it wasn't embroidered he would have them waive the return fee. My other option offered to me was to return it to a store. I attempted to explain to Abraham that the closest store was 85.3 miles one way with tolls. He informed me there was nothing further he could do. I requested a supervisor. After an extended hold, I was connected to Amanda who stated she was a supervisor and that everything that Abraham said was accurate and that she could do nothing further to assist me, including that the 24-72 hours were business hours. I did let her know that I would be writing this review and that I would never use this company again. I have been in the medical field for a long time and have ordered from many different companies, this is the only one that provided this much hassle in returning something that their website messed up. And I asked both Abraham & Amanda why would I order a Medium when everything else was either XS OR XXS. I mean really!!!!! Sadly this is the only place I could leave my review, there is nowhere that I could find on their website, maybe if there was I would have seen all the negative reviews and not ordered from them."
