"Received order without embroidery that I paid for. Sent item back and after 6 weeks of nonsense still never received correct item. Ended up cancelling the whole thing. "
"I ordered a stethoscope, after which I received an email stating it was on backorder and would take a couple weeks before it would be in stock. I then called to cancel my order, because I did not want to wait, which they stated was done and that I would receive an email confirming that. 2 days later, I had still not received the email, at which time I sent an email questioning whether or not it was cancelled. They stated that it was, and that I will still be receiving an email. Several days later, still no email confirming cancellation, so I sent yet ANOTHER email to verify that it had been cancelled. They said it was, and "as you can understand our system is very busy". 1 month later, my credit card was charged and I received the cancelled order!!!! When I questioned this, they informed me that "cancellations are not guaranteed" LOLOLOLOL!!!!!!!!! Their remedy to this very inconvenient problem was 10% off my next order LOLOLOLOL!!!!!!! Shop on Amazon instead, the prices are the same if not better with free shipping over $25, not $125 as this worthless company offers!!!"
"Wanted to purchase a gift certificate for a graduation from nursing school, on 05/14/2018. No email of certificate. A week later I called again, promised an email in 24 to 48 hours. 3rd call another week later (now week 3) said they would e-mail her directly. ANOTHER week goes by. Called AGAIN on 06/18/2018, asked for a supervisor, and told No. I insisted to speak to a supervisor, and told that they were all on the phones, and could not talk to me. I was put on hold finally a supervisor came on, the CSR did not give her ANY background, had to tell her the situation AGAIN. Told them I wanted my money back, and did not want to deal with their company ever again. She would not give me her extension, her e-mail address, and only gave me the main customer service line. She would not send me a confirmation e-mail about the request. What a HORRIBLE experience."
"Ordered 2 pairs of scrubs feb 19 . Unfortunately it was send to wrong address. Corrected in 3 emails by 3 customers service person and still shipped to wrong address. Called again some guy from India wouldn’t let me talked to the supervisor. Cancelled the order , next day got email to say it was shipped again to right address then one day again told it was canceled. NEVER AGAIN I will buy again "
"I ordered a stethoscope for my father for Christmas. I ordered it 2 days before Thanksgiving and the shipment's expected date was in plenty of time for our Christmas get together. It was processed and scheduled for shipment Nov 30, and then someone lost it. I've called Scrubs and Beyond, spoke to two different customer service reps and no one would tell me what happened to it, only that they were sending a new one that won't get here in time for the Christmas get together with my father. I called the Delivery service, and they told me it was never scheduled for pick-up. I allowed 23 days for delivery, thinking it would be plenty of time and I am extremely disappointed with the lack of timely care and answers regarding my first order. "
"I had bought Scrub & Beyond 3 piece white nursing socks and was very DISAPPOINTED. It was both not true to size and material was thinner base on what the website shown. I called the customer service line but that didn't help. I explained what the problem was but customer service representative states they would only waive the shipping fee if it was their mistake. Talk about customer satisfaction, they don't care. And to think, I was even impress when the president sent a hand written letter thanking me of the purchase and trust I have in the company. I was like Wow, they took the time to make their customer feel important, WRONG. This is the reason why I'm not sure buying online. It's convenient and cheaper but where is the customer guarantee and satisfaction. So, not buying anything from this company again."
"My son gave me a gift card to Scrubsandbeyond for Christmas. The card was temporarily lost. When I found it I tried to use it on their website and they wouldn't take it. Come to find out they charge a monthly maintenance fee. I was shocked as most store gift cards are good forever. I contacted customer service to see if they could restore my card after explaining that it had been lost and they basically told me there was nothing they could do. I will never shop here in the future and will caution anyone against buying gift cards there. I hope Scrubsandbeyond enjoyed my sons christmas gift. :-("
"I ordered a product on 3/14. On 3/30, the company sent me an email to inform me it was back ordered until 4/3.
Today, on 5/5, I called customer service because I still have not recieved the item. They told me the vendor had pushed the expected date back even further to 5/6. Scrubsandbeyond failed to contact me to tell me my order had been delayed by over a month.
The best the customer service agent was willing to do was upgrade my shipping. As a customer, I deserve more transparency. I will never order from this company again, and I suggest you don't either. They keep their prices low by hiring incompetent behind-the-scenes employees and buying from vendors with no integrity. "
