"Seatgeek sold me very obviously fake tickets. It is scary that they have no validation process, mine had been photoshopped. It was a sold-out concert (which is when you would expect fraud to happen most often, obviously) and they had no tickets available so I could not get in without paying 3 times as much, which they have no way of reimbursing you for. They need to be more diligent about ticket review and reserve pools of tickets for sold out shows to ensure their customers get in. Refunds dont matter if the show is sold out and I am already there."
