"The price on the ticket did not indicate that there was a service charge of approximately 35 percent on the sale. ($36 fee on a $106 ticket). It made what looked like a super deal become about average.
The ticket itself was also a problem associated with my Samsung Galaxy S9+. I had to show the ticket as I approached the bag inspection area, and then again when I reached the entry. Before each of these, my screen went blank and I had to re-enter the password for the phone and then for seat geek. As my ticket was for a club seat, I had to also re-enter the password for both at the escalator for the club room, the club room itself, and the door from the club room to the seats. Then again when I went in and out of the club room at half time. and at the end of the third quarter. Two Passwords entered at least 12 times (24 or more total) on a day cold enough that I had to remove my gloves for half of them. Could there be an easy way to print it? or have the ticket on the home screen for the computer?
In addition to me, there were at least one or two impatient persons behind me at each time I had to start over. "

Seat Geek Pros - The app was easy to use to transfer tickets and get in and around the venue.
Seat Geek Cons - I wish I could have bought everything all at once as opposed to having to make 3 separate purchases for 14 tickets and 4 parking passes. I also felt a bit gouged on the parking passes. They were marked at $100 each which is typically good for parking at Jerry World, but upon arrival, I could have paid $35 per pass in the same lot and I did not get any preferential parking in the lot either. "
