"I ordered a used monitor off of Ebay. Their Web site for payment only let me choose a shipping option more than specified in the Ebay auction. To their credit, a customer service agent replied within 24 hours when I e-mailed them asking for a refund of the difference. However, a day later the same person called and said that my order could not be processed because my debit card had been declined. I visited my bank, which tracked the history of my card. They were running the card with the wrong expiration date multiple times. To make sure that I hadn't typed it in wrong, I checked my receipt at home which listed all the information I had submitted to them, and I had given it to them correctly. I both called and e-mailed this fact to the customer support rep asking for notification of when my package shipped and suggesting they check their Web script for bugs. I received no notification of shipment. So when my bank listed a cleared charge to Second Wind PCs, I began to wonder. Six *business* days after my order was originally placed, I called to see if my order had shipped. The same customer service rep "thought they had e-mailed tracking information to me". While my order is at least in transit, I am nervous should I need a RMA, particularly since this is a used monitor..."

"There tech support was the worst I have dealt with in a very long time. When i tried to call wich was just about everyday all times of day, I got absolutly nobody, when I would leave messages, noone would return my phone call.
