"Unbelieveable service. They sent me an email within 2 hours of my order to indicate that it had been shippped, with a follow up email complete with a tracking number for the FREE Fedex Saver shipping. Item was delivered 3 days later (half-way across the country), works great. Ateck was great in my opinion because many online merchants try to charge low prices and make it up with hidden shipping costs -- not Ateck."

"I had an excellent purchasing experience with this company. They shipped my package the day I paid for it, and it arrived promptly. When a piece of merchandise was defective, the RMA department was quick to help, and a replacement hard drive is on the way."
