"My pc says your credit card form is not secure. I don't feel good about that. After I filled out all the info and clicked the confirm/purchase button, all my info disappeared except my cc info. That was frustrating and didn't make me feel good about the non secure cc fields. But, I have no choice but to buy this insurance because if for some reason my daughters loaned chrome book fails for any reason then I'm responsible. The books are old, and we all no how old electronics work..... then end up not working. The first week she had it it wouldn't turn on for some odd reason. Then all of a sudden it does turn on. Great. Insure old electronics..... sad face. The insurance isn't expensive though. that is a huge plus. "

"you require a serial # for this to be activated on a device, but the laptop we're buying it for is a school district provided laptop and is locked down for finding settings such as a serial #... I'm sure there is another way to get it in windows that doesn't get into the locked features from the district, so give us a walk through on how to find that serial #! there are device id's, machine id's, which one of the many options is what you need?? "
