"The company responded to a complaint I had written about the cost of a warranty being the same for a Nexus 5 vice a much more expensive iPhone 5S. Their explanation was that the cost of repairs would be about the same; fair enough but buying an $89 warranty for a $349 Nexus 5 is still rather pricey. The company did offer me a 10% discount and so I have a much more positive view than when I contacted their customer service prior to my first review. "
"This insurance is a much better deal than what the cell phone carriers or phone manufacturers offer (including Apple). I purchased a securranty warranty on my previous iphone, 2 years ago, and unfortunately my iphone took a swim 75% of the way through the insurance plan. Securranty made my claim experience wonderful and everything went smoothly to get a replacement iphone. Based on my experience, I recommend securranty to everyone I know. "
