"I ordered the no-screw installation piece for an additional fee but it didn’t work in my window. They didn’t send brackets too so I couldn’t install the shade. I called a couple weeks ago and held for 30 minutes. I asked for some brackets to be sent. I didn’t request a refund for the piece that didn’t work, I just wanted the brackets. I never got them. I’ve got some other brackets I’m using for now but they aren’t the right size so this is a temporary fix. Super disappointing and also never ever ever again. What a rip off. "

This is my second order was a bit disappointed that the blind didn't come with a pull to keep finger prints from the blind

"Don’t waste your time or money. The brackets that come with these blinds do not hold the blinds and can only be top mounted. They clip onto the top of the head rail but the front of the clip is not large enough. As you push the blind up to clip in the back, it pops out of the front. There’s no way for me to actually mount these blinds to my window. Of course it is a custom order so I am left with being unable to return them. "
