Rugs are great!! Customer service not so much!
"I have ordered several times, love the rugs, good rugs for the price! However when I needed to contact Customer Service, because website was not performing, very difficult... lack of English speaking, asked me to repeat everything 4-5 times..... call took over 40 minutes! Will wait in future for webisi
