"It took eight calls to get a customer service person to answer. Seven of the eight calls dropped after a VERY LONG waiting time after I selected Option 1. The last call was finally answered after 15.51 minutes waiting, I hope the shades I bought are worth the aggravation, poor customer service and long waiting time to speak with someone. The agent I FINALLY spoke with Isaiah Armijo was helpful.
