"We ordered, and it said the blinds would arrive by a certain date. Several days later we get notified of shipment. Then we get notified of it being back ordered. Their customer service gave different stories each time we talked to them. I would rather they tell me the truth than lie to me. Then since the order wouldn't arrive on time, we cancelled the order. And were told since the part that we were notified was shipped wasn't shipped yet that we could cancel it as well. We were told we would get an email with the cancellation information, but never did. In the end I had to contact pay pal to try and get our money bakc. We got a partial shipment even though it was cancelled before it actually shipped. And they only refunded part of our money. Stay away from this company."
