"We received the 1000-8-Split-EK-AF Split Eastern King Size Air-Pedic 1000 Matt w/Airflow Transfer System back in Sept 2022 and we love it. So far everything as they stated was correct. We adj the bed as needed and we sleep really well. Gerald was our online sales rep and he knew everything about the bed. We are very happy and highly recommend this company and the bed. "We were really excited for our Air-Pedic 800. It took some time to manufacture, but it did eventually arrive. The first month was pretty rough, but we were told it would be. I tried so many different settings, waiting about 3 days after each change. I just could never get comfortable, and it always felt like I was on an air mattress. I had some issues with one side staying inflated in the center zone. I waited up until a couple of weeks before the return period was going to end, and I called and asked to return it. I was instead transferred to Rick who convinced me to try some new layers of foam they were going to send me. He assured me that if it didn't work out I could still return it. The new foam didn't do it. But he wanted to send even more foam, so I let him. Again, it felt okay for a week, then back to feeling exactly the same as before. They also shipped me a new pump, thinking that was the problem with the center zone deflating. I waited another 6-8 weeks to really give it a fair try and then asked Rick for a return. He told me it was too far past the return window and then offered to send me a foam spring core to replace the air support. So what did we receive? Another package of foam. We tried replacing the air with the foam and now the bed was way too soft. Felt like we were sinking 5-6 inches. We had to put the air support back in, and now we have replaced our air-pedic with a traditional inner-spring mattress after less than a year. We have this expensive air bed that we can't return."

"I ended up on Selectabed after a year-long process of searching for a mattress that would support me for years to come. When I called, I knew what I wanted but had a few remaining questions and misconceptions. Gerald Misemer answered my remaining questions quickly in a very informative way. He was very helpful throughout the process and patient since I was working to figure out the thickness of the mattress base. We completed the process and ordered the AirPedic 650. I was initially provided an estimated delivery time of 6-7 weeks. I was extremely surprised after four weeks; we received the shipping notification. The shipping company is a different story and left much to be desired. However, the package was in good condition. We have been using the mattress for a little over six weeks. It took us about a couple of weeks to decide which setting we felt we had the best sleep in. However, once you know, you know. It is extremely soft, supportive, and comfortable. The build quality is night and day compared to many other "brands." The side support is great, as I tend to sleep on the edge. I also opted for the cooling mat, and I have yet to wake up hot and sweat on the side I'm sleeping in. All in all, I highly recommend this mattress. "

"I was anxious about making such a significant purchase sight unseen. I spoke with Gerald on 7 different calls before finally making the purchase. What a patient man - and he was not pushy at all because he is confident the information he provides and the product reviews will sell it. Finally after months (yes months) agonizing over the decision, I made the purchase. I’ve also waited a month to write my review since receiving my bed because I wanted some time to acclimate to it. I’m a Sleep Number convert and the multiple zone adjustability is so much better for my back. In all honesty, I hadn’t slept through the night in years. The very first night on my new bed?
