I contacted Sell my time share now and spoke to a representative. I saw in a video that Barbara Cocoran with Shark tank had recommended them. in a You Tube Video.The representative told me felt that they could sell my unit. I agreedand paid $4,798 up front. They sent an email and agreement to me. Part of the agreement and part of Florida law is that if you change your mind within 10 days they would cancel the agreement and refund your money. I contacted them by phoneand emails within the 10 day limit of which they acknowledged. Once they have your money kiss it good by. It is rtegistered under a foreign company in the Secretary of State in Florida records. They have not only not refunded my money , but the agent I spoke with was not licensed which is required under Florida law. I have contacted "Sell my Time Share Now" time and time again through emails and phone. When you call their cusomer customer support, they put you on hold for 20 minuites and then hang up on you. This has happened at least 10 times. I contacted the Florida real estate commission and got no help there This is not reputable company by any means. Save your time and money andfind some other avenue to work with. This has been going for at least 40 days now and cannot speak to anyone. They will not respond.
The customer service mnager contacted me and said they woudl refund my money 3 daysd ago. Still no refund. I do not trust this company.
