We meet those and SMTN did what they advertised and sent us the advertised refund. We were vacationing during out latest purchase and SMTN was very prompt with communication regarding what they needed from us and confirmation about actions we had to take because we were out of town. I have never had any trouble with them. In fact we will list one of ours to sell with them shortly!
