After a few days of waiting for a tracking number I called only to be told that my part was on back order and would probably have to come from overseas and take weeks. There was no note telling me it was on back order and the parts person didn’t tell me. When people need their vehicle it’s important. "
"While I am pleased with the pricing of the parts, the shipping costs were excessive. I placed my order during a promotion offering 25% off and free nationwide shipping for orders up to $200. Despite this, I was charged additional shipping fees.
Prior to the sale, I had considered ordering but decided against it due to shipping costs, which were approximately $100.
After completing my purchase, I replicated the order, and the shipping fees once again showed in the $100 range.
Although I am satisfied with the parts, I the shipping charges on my order were disproportionate and inconsistent with the promotion. "

Two things about that, I had previously ordered motor oil from them and it was shipped via UPS and I placed the same order with another Toyota dealership and they shipped my order of motor oil via, yep you guessed it, UPS. Seems like Serra just did not want to fulfill my order for me. "
