"This Merchant is in Shady Business, they sent us a different, cheaper, and possibly used product instead of the Brand New one that we originally ordered.

There is a huge possibility that it might be counterfeit or used/refurbished but listed and represented on their website as Brand New.

The product we received is missing the original Samsung Factory Stickers they are replaced by some third-party ones.

When I called their Customer service and spoke with the Representative, he gave me an outrageous "we don't give a F**K" attitude, admitted that they sent us the wrong product, and stated that these are not original Samsung Factory Sealed Drives, but rather "New" Samsung Drives that they remove from the unused servers and resell.

They quietly stole the Price difference between the Ordered product and the One that we received, $42, it's a small amount but it leaves a really nasty after-taste.

No remorse from their side whatsoever!

Please stay away from them, they try to look good and lure you in with great prices but it's only a front.
