"Immediately after purchasing a refurbished motherboard online I received a phone call and I was told the payment did not go through even though it showed up as “pending” on our account with plenty of funds available, mind you. Then the payment came out of our account and we received a REFUND immediately following that. Decided to buy a new laptop rather than try dealing with this company again. The lady I spoke with seemed irritated at me rushed to get off the phone, telling me I would have to use a different payment method. We only use PayPal for online purchases. Maybe it was just a fluke but we will not be purchasing from this company in the future."
