"I have accounts with many companies and I would NEVER recommend buying from Servers4less.com if you receive a defected product in which i did.
They have a horrible return policy . It had taken me a week to receive a RMA number AND I had to pay the shipping back to them that was never refunded. I priority mailed it for 2 day delivery and once they received it, they still waited another 7 days to mail a replacement. I waited 5 more days for delivery. Don't make the mistake ordering like I did you may be very sorry. "
"Poor customer service. Critical order did not ship on time after I even called after I placed my order to verify. Shoddy excuse that my 1pm order was past the cutoff time for it to ship Fedex but it is 5pm the next day and they still haven't picked up. Then I called back to find out and the rep said she would have to check with the warehouse and she never contacted me back. Then I called to speak with a manager and he was able to find out in about 1 minute that the order did not ship and made up the excuse about my ordering it after the cutoff time. I needed my order the next day and paid for it to be overnighted. No additional help offered."
"We were in a bind to repalce our EMC drive. Shipping was fast, the drive worked for 28 days. When I called and told them what happeded it took a long time get them to offer a replacement. I could't wait any longer so I ordered from a different vendor. Now there is NO response from them since I started asking for a refund. DO NOT BUY from this company. "
"We purchased a M8024-K from their web site. It showed this in the description, and on the picture in the ad. When the product arrived it was a M8024 (no K) this was the wrong part and would nto work for us. When we called and brought this to their attention they said they would charge us a 20% restocking fee plus shipping. At best they have sloppy advertising practices, more likely this is deceptive strategy. Avoid these guys, they are horrible."
"Do not buy from this company! Ordered an mSATA SSD drive from them, they ship me a 2.5" SSD drive, I return it at my own expense requesting once they receive it to ship me the correct drive, but they just refund the original cost. So, I lost 2.5 weeks and $6+ return postage. Horrible company. Never again!"
