"Ordered a turkey roulades from them on the 17th for Thanksgiving dinner, scheduled to be delivered on Friday. Paid $25 for 2nd Day Air delivery from UPS. I've emailed and left voice messages for their customer service with no reply.
UPDATE: (Fri 26 Nov) Jeannine, their customer service rep, emailed me and refunded my full purchase. Think I'm going to try a different source for my Thanksgiving turkey next year. This experience wasn't the best."
"Bought a pair of Columbia Sportswear Newton Ridge Plus II Waterproof boots from their online store, and first time trying them on a lacing hook on the right boot fell out. Mother Boyle should be ashamed! And they're charging me $6 to return the boots back to them. Wonder why they don't give you an option to request a replacement, rather than defaulting to only a refund? The left boot was comfortable and fit fine. If I could get 2 boots that stayed together fine I think they'd be good winter boots. I'm not going to go and order another pair if they won't just replace these. Think I'll go and get myself a pair of Wolverines instead. At least I know they have quality."

The tracking says it is due for pickup tomorrow, but the UPS tracking number supplied by Home Depot says the antenna hasn't even been given to them yet after 5 days.
