DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS “STORE”

"I placed an order last month and spent almost $85, including $20 for expedited shipping. I have not received my order and according to the status updates on the Shop app, my order has not even been shipped. I have sent FIVE emails to customer service and nobody has responded to any of my emails. Also every time I try to call the customer service number I get a busy signal. This business is a complete joke. I want my $85 back"

Don't order from them! They are either a scam or a company with horrible customer service

"I ordered from Sevenly because I wanted to support SGN's charity drive. First red flag was when they asked for a tip on an online order... (what?). Placed my order and received an email receipt. Weeks later I checked in, and they told me I needed to create an account with them just to view the status of the order... When I went to create an account, the site both said that I couldn't set up an account because the email already existed - at the same time as it said I couldn't retrieve my password because the email didn't exist in their system. I emailed them (again) after 3 weeks had passed and the items still hadn't been shipped and I hadn't heard a single bit of communication from the company to explain. Then I saw the reviews on here and realized what's going on.
I am now asking for a refund through Paypal.

Buyer beware - do not buy from them, they hold on to your money, don't ship what you order, and don't communicate. You have to keep track of your order yourself and ask for a refund. It is far better to just donate directly to the charity of your choice. Whatever you do, do not "tip" someone for an online order - it makes no sense, and they're never going to fulfill your order either way (what on earth would you be "tipping" for on an online order in the first place? I order online and get things delivered next day and I still don't have to "tip" other online companies - here I order, never get it, and am asked to "tip" them for the inconvenience??!? lol)?

Don’t order from them

"Don’t order from this company. I placed an order 9/23. It was supposed to text me an update when it shipped in 5-7 days. Nothing. I’ve sent emails. Messages. Have not recieved my order nor have I gotten an update about it. Decided to read reviews online and it looks like others have had the same issue. A few years back this was a great company. Not so much now. Guess I’ll have to file a dispute with my bank "

Warning - do not order anything from this Company

"I have given this company many opportunities to do good business and they fail every time! They don't ship out on time, or at all. I'm still waiting for my last order and I email them and no response. At best, I have to email them a handful of times before they send out the order that takes at least 2-3 months to get. Incredible that they are still in business. Just because they claim that they are a company that support other organizations, doesn't equal a valid company with integrity. I will never order from them again and I will use every platform on social media to warn others. I have also noticed that they turned off the ability to comment on their FB page. "

Wish I could give Sevenly a “0”

"I would not order anything from this company!! Place an ordered over a month ago, and still have not received the $179 order that I placed!! I sent several emails with absolutely no response! I finally reach them using messenger, and was told my order would ship this past Monday, have have requested tracking information several times and haven’t gotten a reply. Wish I had read the review before I placed my order that it is a sham company!! Luckily I used PayPal and am filing a claim against them!!! Do no order from this non company!!"

Honestly, they ****.

"Ordered 3 T-shirt’s (one more my husband, one for myself and one for my child) for Autism Awareness. I made sure that I left enough time to receive them in time for an Autism Walk at my son’s school. Never heard a thing, never received the shirts. I emailed them (they give no option to call) and DAYS later I received an e-mail back writing about some glitch in the system and it was n get sent to the manufacturer but be patient because it takes time to make these awesome shirts! The Autism Walk came and went, never received the shirts. Sent another email, and they said that they’re almost ready to be shipped. I ordered these shirts a month ago and still haven’t received them and when and IF I do receive them, I now have no use for them. Sevenly ****."

I guess I'm one of the lucky ones

"I ordered my give bag and about 10 days later I had a shipping confirmation and the product arrived in about 7 days after that. The shirts are high quality from what I can see. The FREE shirt is a baggy off the shoulder which didn't work for me so I gifted to a friend. I got the be brave shirt and the read, learn, grow shirt too as well as the burlap bag. I must have missed the sticker, but I wasn't worried about that part. Hopefully they've made changes to their system so more people can be happy or maybe more happy people should just give the review. "

Orders not received, bad customer service

"Ordered gifts/Christmas gifts on 12/3/17. Still haven't gotten them. 1st gift CS rep I said I would pay for overnight since it was time sensitive. They didn't have what I ordered but something similar. She overnighted it, but then went on and on about how it cost her $44. Then I get it and the envelope is only $17.75 for shipping. Fine whatever. Still the rest of my gifts aren't here. We are leaving to take these to out of town family. This was the only gifts I got them. I emailed explained this. Got the rudests response ever. Now no gifts, and just rude plus more mention of cost to overnight item I didn't even order. I wanted to do something helpful this year and not just "buy gifts", have what I purchased go to a good cause. Next year I will chose somewhere else. Never Sevenly again . "

Two year backorder? BEWARE

Hopeful but was let down twice

"I loved the idea and concept of Sevenly so I was very excited to order items in the beginning. My first order came months after ordering which I understood it takes time but it was the wrong size and by then I decided it was too much time and I would just gift it to my friend because it didn't fit. The second order I placed months later, was all wrong! It took again months to arrive and it was not even the product I had ordered! Wrong size, the graphic was done carelessly as there was random ink marks all over it, mind you it wasn't even the campaign I had invested interest in. It was very disappointing and I will not waste my time or money again."

Sent wrong shipment...twice

"I ordered something for my friends birthday two months in advance from seventy. When it arrived a month and a half later..it they sent me the wrong sweater. When I emailed them, the girl was really nice and sent a new one for free. However, when I received the sweater for the second time, it was still wrong. Now it is past my friends birthday. What the heck sevenly- it's not that hard to send the right sweater. "

"Thinking about ordering from Sevenly? Check the Better Business Bureau site. Sevenly was revoked. Just like how the don't reply to emails from customers, they couldn't even reply to the BBB. But I love the positive reviews on this site, kind of sounds like seventy planted them there. Thanks again sevenly. "
