"I ordered off of them they denied me I think that was not fair cause I can make payments each month but I see they don’t care they rather defined people instead of giving them a chance so I don’t think I ever going to order off of them ever since they don’t care "

I called and they said it was a mistake and processed the order with my credit. Next time I ordered the same thing happened. Now when I try to order, my orderes are declined even though I have more than enough credit for them. Customer service states that I can’t use my credit anymore because I ordered to many times and I paid my bill before it was due."
" I was paying $25 a month for a item, there was no problem there. Then I ordered a Camera, I got it home and tried it out and it really sucked. I sent it back, they told me they gave me a refund , But they raise my price of $25 a month to $30 a month. The place is a rip off. "Everything on the site in grossly overpriced. I understand you get to make payments on items, so there's inflation but the products aren't worth it. I've had these towels for a month and they are shedding EVERYWHERE.I have a set of towels from Bed, Bath & Beyond that I've had for 3X as long that aren't shedding at all. Really crappy products. Save the money and just buy everything upfront. I stopped using this site for a year because I was sent rusted cutlery but thought I'd give them a chance when re-doing my bathroom and it looks terrible. The towels shed, their gold scroll bath furniture is dented and rusted, the guest bedroom sheets feel like sandpaper. Paying off my balance again and definitely never using this site or it's affiliates. Go to Kmart website and place an online layaway for these items if you can't pay upfront, at least they won't nickel and dime you and you'll get brands you can trust."
"Lied about receiving my payment(money order) So I paid them in full with my card they cashed it after I paid them off.
And then called me a Liar when I said the money order was cashed which can only be cashed by them. Will never order from here again.

"I order every year from Seventh Avenue. I like to order from them to get unique gifts for Christmas. They always have prompt delivery. I recently ordered a dinner ware set. I had a plate broke in shippment. Instead of returning the set I emailed customer service. I told them about the plate, sending a pic of the broke plate, and that I needed a replacement ASAP. They responded immediately and I received the replacement plate within the same week! No hassle of sending the set back or having to reorder!
Best service I ever had from anyone, and I do most my shopping on line.

"I ordered a bedspread and shams ,washable.Washed as soon as i got it .There was so much lint on it no one could /or would use it .I called company and they said I could return it ,which I did .They charged me $24.33 to ship it to me plus I am supposed to pay $21.42 to ship it back. "Seventh Avenue is not a company I will do business with again! They sent me a dented up bread box which I had to pay to ship back and still charged me shipping for it being sent in the first place. Really? I wish I had knew this was their practice. Who pays for something shipped that was damaged before they received it?! How does this company keep going. Lesson learned I guess. I'm out $26 just for shipping something I couldn't use. I would be embarrassed to be any part of a company like that. Shame on them!"
"My experience with this merchant was completely unacceptable. After sending me two confirmations, they cancelled one of the items I ordered, negated the coupon I used since the order no longer met the criteria for that coupon, sent me the smaller of the two items in my order, and charged me the full shipping cost of the order. Customer service was less than helpful. Under no circumstances will I deal with this merchant again."
"They took online order for an item they did not have in stock, then they canceled it and charged me nearly double digit shipping for a filler item (about $2.00)i ordered to take advantage of their coupon offer. customer service was no help--frequent transfers to their credit dept and supervisors, on hold forever, only to be told that they couldn't help after all the run around. i had no choice but to keep the filler item i didn't really need (or return it at buyer's expense) and get ripped off on shipping. be careful of merchants like this who do not seem to care really about their customers or the ones that take your order and cancel it and still charge you shipping without proper adjustment.
