"I called in advance of my order for product advice; I'd asked for the difference between the two types of shelving finishes. The rep said that the only difference was the finish. When my shelving arrived, incomplete, it was clear why. Take a look at this photo of how they packaged my shelves--this was exactly how they arrived, broken tape and all. https://i.imgur.com/ly1PKX0.png

They apparently just used tape--and sparingly--to conjoin a bunch of individual small boxes. Furthermore, the sales lady had failed to mention that one the shelving in one finish is a basket with a ridge around it, and the other is not.

When I called customer service to tell them about my problem, not only did they blame me for not asking the sales lady the right question, they told me I'd have to send the (very heavy) items back at my own expense and refused to provide a shipping label or any other compensation. I will never shop again at this disreputable merchant."
