"Aerator is advertised as having a lifetime warranty, yet the retailer/manufacturer does not even respond to requests about problems. These frequently break after a couple dozen uses."
"Keen makes junk shoes that fall apart after a few months of use and the company is run similarly poorly to the shoe construction. Good luck trying to get your warranty honored."
"Ordered a product with two-day shipping, called customer service agent who was clearly not a native English speaker. He kept oddly saying "perfect" in response to the problems I was reporting, and refused to provide any sort of compensation for a product delivered five days after I ordered it with a two-day shipping promise. Apparently Bloomingdale's is owned by Macy's, which explains why the service is terrible."
"Wow, I wish I'd checked Reseller Ratings before ordering from what I thought was a reputable company. Not only did they sit on my order for an entire week before shipping it and charging me an extra $16 for "free shipping," but they sent my shelves in their original boxes, which are clearly not meant for shipping. As a result, both boxes arrived damaged and damaged the product inside. Their communication was terrible--I received no order confirmation by email until almost a week after placing the order.
Because they were so large and bulky, I didn't want to have to deal with returning them and offered for them to credit me for the damaged items. The rep said they would not and that I would have to bring them back to the store, or I'd have to package them back up for UPS. I asked for a supervisor, who refused to provide me with any identifying information other than a first name, and refused to call me back when I ran out of time because I was on the phone with them for so long. Truly awful customer service. I will never order from them again."
Awful packaging, incorrect items sent, even worse customer service!
"I called in advance of my order for product advice; I'd asked for the difference between the two types of shelving finishes. The rep said that the only difference was the finish. When my shelving arrived, incomplete, it was clear why. Take a look at this photo of how they packaged my shelves--this was exactly how they arrived, broken tape and all. https://i.imgur.com/ly1PKX0.png
They apparently just used tape--and sparingly--to conjoin a bunch of individual small boxes. Furthermore, the sales lady had failed to mention that one the shelving in one finish is a basket with a ridge around it, and the other is not.
When I called customer service to tell them about my problem, not only did they blame me for not asking the sales lady the right question, they told me I'd have to send the (very heavy) items back at my own expense and refused to provide a shipping label or any other compensation. I will never shop again at this disreputable merchant."
"Out of three orders I'd placed over the past couple of years, they've royally screwed up two of them. They outsource their customer service to useless imbeciles whose only recourse is to tell you to drive to a store for help or returns.
They apparently ran out of stock and discontinued the item in my most recent order. Instead of cancelling the order, they threw some random toy into the box.
Another time, I ordered an item for in store pickup using $20 in Kohl's cash. An hour later I get a phone call saying they don't actually have it at the store, and my Kohl's cash is lost for good.
I HATE THIS STORE!!!!"
"I ordered a bunch of stuff including some replicas of antique pushbutton light switches. I thought there was a problem with them, and they offered to replace them. Customer service was very knowledgeable and accommodating. They would have replaced the switches for me, but the problem later went away."
"Wow, I am floored at how good the customer service is at this place. Had a problem with an order, and their rep Martha bent over backwards to right it. No wait for an agent, either, and no outsourced customer service. A+ all around!"
"Boneheads at Sears fulfillment shipped only one lamp, though I paid for two. Customer service was an outsourced nightmare, and they wouldn't even expedite the replacement! Utter fail."
"I had been a long standing customer of Filter Direct until I placed a mistaken order. I sent the package back to them with prior approval, and they only refunded $62 from a $99 order, keeping $37. They didn't disclose this prior to my return, or I never would have sent the package back to them. I will never shop there again."
"Received tinted glasses that caused great eye strain in sunlight compared to the identical frames/lenses ordered from them without tint. Called to ask to have them either refunded or replaced but they only offered to give me 50% credit and asked me to pay to mail them back to the company. Filed a credit card dispute instead and wrote this review to warn others of this low quality product and customer service."
"Ordered a replacement heating element for my circa 1984 Jenn Air oven via Fedex ground. I placed the order at around 8 PM and it arrived the next afternoon at my doorstep! Prices were better than Sears parts website."
"I received a defective unit about 1 1/2 months prior to this review and called the day I received it. I got a return shipping label and returned it within a few days. I received no replacement, no credit card refund, and no phone call. Logitech did NOTHING for over a month.
Finally I called about a week before this review, was told I would be shipped a replacement with expedited shipping, and have received nothing. No package, no tracking number, no email update. NOTHING.
I gave up and disputed the charge from my credit card company."
