"I ordered a sewing cabinet insert. It was to be made in a maple finish. It was made in clear plastic. I called customer service and spoke with Nancy who said the web site was incorrect and the inserts were only made in clear plastic, not in the finishes indicated. The option was send it back or do nothing. The company that made the insert did an excellent job, as the insert fit perfect. It was the web site that had the wrong information. Maybe Sewing Machine Plus could have offered a partial refund? a future percent off coupon? "
