"I will give them credit for emailing to update me on what's been taking so long with my order, but my deep dissatisfaction is because after ordering a machine that was on the site as "In Stock", I was emailed the next day stating it would be a week to two weeks before my item would be shipped - due to backorder. After waiting the 2 weeks, I was then emailed to find out I wouldn't be getting the machine at all. It was a waste of 2 weeks, not to mention they took my money IMMEDIATELY. I paid March 1st, it's now March 23rd and I still have no sewing machine, nor do I have my $330."
